I’m Kourtney Coleman, a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I help women over 40 who are on medication for anxiety, & feel trapped in their body to set themselves free & feel amazing again. I help people with Anxiety and Depression, Insomnia, Grief and Loss, Pain Management, Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Unresolved issues of the past, Stress reduction, Overwhelm, and Life Mastery. My focus is on helping women over 40 who are struggling with persistent anxiety and depression and feel like they can't keep their life together despite taking medication. Using hypnotherapy techniques alongside empowering coping tools, my clients return to a sense of calm within their bodies and control over their lives. Through our work together, these women begin to exude a new sense of confidence and dare to start living the life of their dreams.
